| DEDUCTIBLES |
| The Member shall bear one fifth of all costs and expenses arising from claims, disputes and proceedings, except for any claims, disputes and proceedings arising in or being pursued in the United States of America, in respect of which the Member shall bear one third of all such costs and expenses. If the Association has paid any costs and expense s that should have been borne by the Member, the Association shall be entitled to recover such costs and expenses from the Member as a debt due from the Member. |
